Product images displayed on efashions4u are captured as accurate as possible. However, slight variation in actual color vs. image is possible. 

If the order has not been processed (packed and shipped), we may cancel the order and refund the amount to the Customer. we will be deducting the transaction fee charged. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (packed and shipped) by us nor will the customer be entitled to any refund.

A customer is entitled to refund only in case of damaged product. Our Team checks for damage before sending any products and only exchange is allowed in such cases. Please note that no refunds shall be allowed if the customer is dissatisfied with the color and size. In case of the damaged product, please send an email to efashionnew19@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving the product, it should provide the details of the damaged product order delivered along with the pictures.  Customer can exchange an item for another with same or lesser value. In all such cases, shipping charges are to be paid by customer only.
